Micro-Nutritionist

Hadeel was born in Jordan in 1990. She grew up in Bahrain but pursued her academic career in Canada and the UK. For the past seven years, she’s been based in Cyprus, and educating clients about the importance of micro-nutrition in everyday life.

Motivated by a passion to become the best and most knowledgeable in her field, Hadeel embarked on a journey of continuous learning, undertaking various courses in advanced holistic nutrition, vegan & vegetarian nutrition, diabetes awareness, and more. This further solidified her commitment to enhancing the benchmark of the industry, by personalizing nutritional guidance and providing evidence-based results.

In 2019, She co-founded Strength & Spices Ltd. with her father, Dr. Mohammed Anabtawi.

In 2020, Strength & Spices forged a powerful partnership with a leading German company, leveraging their scientific, non-invasive method of testing vitamin and mineral deficiencies, using electro-acupuncture technology. This one-of-a-kind collaboration allowed Strength & Spices to create tailor-made supplement solutions, targeting the specific needs of each individual.

Today, as a respected Micro-nutritionist, Hadeel is on a mission to empower individuals to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
